Shipping is free for orders over $50 USD made within the continental United States on

For orders under $50 USD made within the continental United States, we charge a flat rate of $5 USD.

It will take 4-8 business days for your order to be delivered. For rural areas, please allow for an additional 1-2 days to receive your delivery.

States and territories outside of the lower 48 states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, fall under our international shipping policy. 

We use DHL for all of our orders and can deliver to your home or work address anywhere in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders or APO/FPO addresses. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.

Deliveries within the US require a signature and will not be left if there is no-one available to receive it.

To view the status of a domestic order visit the DHL website and enter the tracking number, which will be emailed to you in your despatch notification email.

If you are not available to accept delivery, you will receive a courier card with details about your parcel’s location and how to arrange for its collection. If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, visit the DHL website and enter the item’s tracking number. If it is shown as ‘delivered’, you will be able to see who signed for the delivery, and you can download the Proof of Delivery document. Alternatively, you can contact DHL directly.

Shipping delays

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day. Orders made within two days of a public holiday or during busy sale periods linked to a public holiday may take up to an additional five days to be delivered.

Shipping restrictions within the United States

Some items, due to international legislation, cannot be transported through our delivery provider. This includes (but is not limited to) highly flammable items, aerosols, butane, blades, first aid kits, matches or any dangerous articles.
